.. My opinion about telecommuting ..

There are many opinions about telecommuting. Some countries are developing so the technology is flexible. In my opinion, some employees can work at home and they can communicate with people in different way such as computer and telephone. Also they have leisure. But some employees can’t work at home because it is difficult to focus on work. Also there drawback is some employees don’t overwork and one distracted when they can’t work, it’s because maybe it’s noisy at home but some of them can be self confidante because they don’t need any help because they work alone.
